Second Opinion · Accompaniment

A second pair of eyes
on your side

Buying, selling, or handling succession—it doesn't matter where the case is being processed.
What matters is whether there's someone who knows the field and thinks only of your interests,
to help you see clearly what should be seen and ask clearly what should be asked.

What This Is

One more person,
to help you see the important things clearly

Often you already have a land agent or advisor handling things, and matters are moving along—
but facing a contract, a division plan, or a sum that isn't small, you naturally wish someone on your own side would take another look.
That's where I can help: engaged by you, reviewing it together, making the doubts clear—so you feel more grounded when you make your own decision.

Two Settings

For a transaction or a succession, someone can watch with you

The same neutrality, the same ability to read property—applied to the two moments you most need to feel assured.

Real Estate Transaction Accompaniment

Beyond the closing agent—your own safeguard

The moment of closing carries the largest sums and the most documents, yet is often the most rushed. Both buyer and seller deserve someone on their own side who can read the contract and title clause by clause—rather than only trusting the process the other party arranged.

Contract, clause by clause

The traps and imbalances in the sale contract and special terms—read and pointed out for you before you sign.

Title & register transcript

The property's ownership, restrictive registrations, defects, and current use—confirming whether there are hidden landmines.

Is the price reasonable

From an appraisal perspective, helping you judge whether this price holds up against the market, and whether there's room to negotiate.

Will & Succession Accompaniment

A plan made elsewhere—I'll review it again with you

Your succession is already being planned or handled at another firm, but you're not quite sure it's thorough enough or that the division is fair. You needn't switch firms—one more person who understands property and division reviewing it with you is often enough to untie the knot inside.

Plan review

An already-drafted succession plan or will—checked from the angle of valuation and the reserved portion for any gaps.

Document accompaniment

Division agreements, trust contracts, transfer documents—reviewed with you before signing, with every question made clear.

Execution company

An inheritance or trust is underway—confirming with you whether the process follows intent and lands fairly, so you feel grounded.

How to Begin

It's simple—just three steps

STEP 1

Tell me your situation

Share your current circumstances, the documents in hand, or what makes you uneasy—so we can first clarify which kind of accompaniment you need.

STEP 2

Understand it together

After reviewing your materials, I make the key points, risks, and options clear in plain language—not to decide for you, but to help you see clearly.

STEP 3

You decide with confidence

If needed, I'll accompany you to the signing or execution. The decision always stays in your hands—I'm simply the one who helps you feel more assured.

You Might Ask

A few common questions

Won't this offend my original land agent or advisor?
No. Just as a buyer brings in a trusted land agent to review the contract, asking one more person to safeguard your interests is entirely natural. What I do is add a pair of eyes, so you feel more assured.
Why come to you rather than just ask anyone?
Because I understand real estate appraisal, land registration, and trust succession all at once. Reading the contract, the title, the price, and whether the division is fair—these happen to sit within my field. Able to read property, and answerable only to you: that's exactly where a second opinion holds its value.
Is a single review fine, or must it be long-term?
Either works. If you only want someone to look things over once before signing, no problem; if you want company throughout the whole succession, that works too. However much you need, that's how much I accompany you.

Anything you need a second look at—
