The Path of Succession

Valuing property is the easy part—
the hard part is walking it through with you

I understand valuation, registration, and succession alike. One professional who can read the full picture of your property—so every step of your real estate and inheritance in Taiwan is clear, and sound for the long run.

About Me

After many years in real estate, I came to see one thing clearly: most people's unease about property and succession isn't really about money—it's that there's no one beside them who is genuinely neutral and who can actually read the whole picture.

Talking about how to divide an estate can strain family ties; and even with professionals involved, it's rare to find one person who can see, all at once, what a piece of land is worth, whether a given registration can actually be completed, and whether a proposed division would breach the reserved-portion rules for heirs. These questions happen to sit right at the center of my work.

Along the way I qualified as an appraiser, a land agent, and a broker, and earned the CCIM designation and a senior financial-planning credential—not for the sake of the certificates, but because succession, by its nature, needs someone who can follow it from beginning to end. I hope to be that person—on your side, explaining the hard parts one at a time, so you can make your own decisions with confidence.
